Need phone app built for my website -- 3

I have a database website that I would like a phone app for. Website is for members only. Information on the database would stay up to date with the help of member-only collaboration. I would like the app to have the following key features: - MUST USE INFO FROM ORIGINAL DATABASE. I don't want to have to maintain 2 separate databases so the database needs to be able to populate the website & the app. - DIRECTORY WILL HAVE MULTI CATEGORIES. I will give access to my website so you can view it and get an idea of it. - SEARCH FUNCTION FOR EACH CATEGORY WILL HAVE MULTI-SEARCH FIELDS - INTERACTIVE BUTTONS. Push to dial telephone numbers. Push to email with ability to multi-select emails. Meaning 1 or multiple emails can be selected and emailed. Push for driving directions. - LINKS. Links need to open up in new window in web browser. - MEMBERSHIP CONTRIBUTION. Need a function that allows user to send an email or even better an instant chat with 2-way communication to admin with any updated info or errors found for a listing. Need help making this noticeable & appealing to members to actually participate. Info is subject to verification so I don't want users to be able to instantly update or edit info on their own. - APP NEEDS TO INCORPORATE A SIMILAR LOOK/STYLE TO THE WEBSITE. - EACH MEMBERSHIP HAS ABILITY TO SAVE PASSWORDS FOR EACH LISTING. Would like each member to be able to login and store their user names and passwords, or any personal notes to any listing. I suppose I would need to add an additional field to my database for this? I'm open to any suggestions or ideas as this is my first time venturing into a phone app.
