Need an online If Then Calculator Project

First let me start by saying this is a SMALL project. I am also a developer so I know around what the cost should be. Dont ask me for my budget, instead you print your bid. If I like the bid, then I will start a chat with you and pay you that exact bid amount when the project is complete. Heres the project: I want to screen out my customers from calling me if i dont need to talk to them. The way i will do it, is through a series of questions the script will ask the customer. Based on their answers, they will be presented with options. Heres the business model: I sell theme park tickets, and I have a various way of getting different prices. I want the system to generate the customers total price, and also store their quote into a database then print my phone number on the screen for them to call. Example Flow: Which park will you visit? (based on the answer, it will pull up the particular prices) How many adults? How many kids? (Based on these answers it will present different prices and different buying scenarios) Present customer with Price/Quote ID/Our Phone Number Customer calls us and tells us their quote ID and i can then look it up and it tells me how the price was calculated. You will come up with a nice user interface, and a nice design of data. Nothing will be provided to you other than our logo, when the project is near completion. I have a windows 2016 server.
