I need my current WP eCommerce website recreated with Magento

I currently have a WP website using WooComemrce. The site had issues after last update and they suggested using Magento to build it from scratch. The website is: [login to view URL] HOSTING: Linux w/ SQL database I need the following in the website: 1) Frontpage with Scrolling banner similar to the one I have. 2) eCommerce 3) Multiple currency 4) Blog 5) Mailing List Frontpage must be very similar to the existing one, with top menu bar, scrolling banners, and a smaller banner below it for special deals/events. eCommerce - I need it setup (no products to be added I will take care of it) but I need shipping fees imputed and optimized. There will be 2 categories for shipping. Most products will be shipped by weight but I need an option for some special products were the only option will be a courier. (more details later) Multiple Currencies - I need the default value set in US$ but giving the customer the choice between US$, Euro and GBP. The exchange rate must be linked to a site and updated every 7 days. Blog - See the one installed on my website. Every time I post an update to the blog, people subscribing to my mailing list should get an email. Mailing list - I need a mailing list, I need to be able to manually import emails, I need people to be bale to unsubscribe from it, I need an interface to use to send emails using a template. I don't want to use Mail Chimp if possible. CEO - I need the CEO setup. Submitting site to search engines - When done I need the site submitted to the various search engines. I will need a small power point presentation on how to: 1) Upload scrolling front page banners, and smaller special banner. 2) Upload products and set price, weight and other necessary data. 3) Create and send a mailing list 4) Upload news to the blog Also the selected provider will be selected for a monthly maintenance contract for the site, this can be discussed later and should not be part of the bid. I WILL ONLY CONSIDER OFFERS FROM PROVIDERS ANSWERING THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS, IF NOT ANSWERED I WILL DELETE THE OFFER. 1) Location in the world 2) Knowledge of English language 3) Examples of previously eCommerce site done w/ Magento 4) A realistic price for this project 5) A realistic time frame for it. (I ma not in a rush) 6) Milestone request Winning bid will also be in charge to do a similar job on the other 3 sites I own at a later time.
