Need a complex chrome extension for

I am in the process of building a chrome extension. The front end with [login to view URL] is completely finished, so you will just be building all of the hidden/complex functionality. I need a talented developer with first hand experience of building complex chrome extensions, as this one will involve some difficult aspects, such as: 1. A background (hidden) script on a 1 minute timer which checks if the user is logged in to a particular secure website...If they are NOT it will alert the user. This is because for our extension to work the user needs to be logged in on that website, as we pull data from it in the background. 2. If the user IS logged in, it will basically get data from that secure website (hidden in background) and constantly update/pass the data either to chrome storage + into [login to view URL], or maybe via messaging to [login to view URL] Popup should always be up to date with new data. 3. Once data is in [login to view URL], the user can interact with it. At this point the data also needs to be passed off to my backend, and then get a response, which will be loaded back into the popup. 4. The user can do some basic choices in the popup, and then "SEND", at which point a hidden (iframe?) will go back to the secure website and do various manipulation on that website (again this should be hidden from user). 5. The interaction on the website is things like typing in a message into a textarea, and then clicking a send button.....(I have played with this in a hidden iframe so I know it's possible). 6. Should have a notification in [login to view URL] if the process has completed successfully in the background. 7. My chrome extension also will be a paid subscription, so I need to have a user login for my actual chrome extension. It needs to be secure. There are some complex aspects to this build, so please don't apply if you don't have extensive expertise in this area, or have just built simple chrome extensions before....I can do that myself.
