Multi Site Scrape

I would like to create a tool that can serve two functions that will web scrape 6 different sites. Those sites are: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 1) I provide a list of URL's for these sites and I want the tool to return the following information: The sku/product ID, the price, and in stock/out of stock on the website. I want those results/data to be sent to a MySQL table on my PHP server. The list of URL's will be in another MySQL table on my PHP server that will be used to identify which pages to scrape. I want to be able to schedule this via a cron job. 2) I provide a list of product ID/SKU for 4 sites ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) and a zip code (location code) then the tool will retrieve all local inventory from those 4 sites and insert into a MySQL table on my PHP server. I want to be able to schedule this via a cron job as well. The tool must be able to process each product ID/SKU in 15 seconds or less for all locations.
