Motion Detection, Recording and Log files access

I need html codes for: 1. Motion detection 2. Motion Detection recording and saving on server 3. Codes to access the motion detection log files and display “There was motion” if more than 3 log files are found on the server, and “No motion detected” if 3 or less log files are saved on the server. The codes can be generated in java, but should run in html (by putting it in <script> tag Though the codes are to be in separate file, motion detection logging should use the motion detection file and log access file should also use the detection log file. There should be the fourth file to link the three files in separate iframes. The log file should be secure with password.
