An Indian freelancer wasted 3 months of my time and dropped the project due to his incompetence whereby I now have to start from SCRATCH. I'm sorry to say but for this project I ONLY WANT WESTERN/EASTERN EUROPEEAN COMPANIES TO BID. All asian/indian bidders will be removed immediately because of TIME ZONE REASONS so DO NOT BID if you are from further east than eastern europe! This job consists of finalizing the website and add the functions mentioned in this document so that we can launch this site without FLAWS. Read the document CAREFULLY before placing your bid and ask any questions BEFORE BIDDING. A placed bid is a sign that you have READ and UNDERSTOOD every little detail in this document as well as a CONFIRMATION that you are able to deliver EVERYTHING within your bid amount and time. This is not as advanced as it looks but it requires an IN DEPTH understanding of the project. I also appreciate your suggestions etc. since we want this done withing 1 MONTH from start since we must launch before christmas! I hope we can land somewhere less than $2000 for this. When evaluating bids I will look at your past feedback/experience as well as bid amount and promised delivery time.
