Mobile Interface For Existing Laravel App

We Have a Food Delivery application with desktop layout, we need a mobile layout for the same app in adition to the existing mobile layout Vue.JS is recomanded, no jQuery Mobile Please. the layout must have the same functionality of the desktop layout, with option to login / logout, that's allready integrated in the app logic also, in adition to that we need Social Login Capability, including Google, Twitter,Facebook, and SMS provider if possible. be sure that if sms provider is integrated, the delivery notification must also be send through sms, not through the existing mailing system
