Minor changes to existing site - Improved scaling of mobile site homepage, button added to mobile site and URL change for page

Hi, Thanks for looking at the project. Our site is [login to view URL] We require some logic changes to how the website is scaled for different screen sizes and mobile. Currently the background photo looks strange in certain formats and we would like this to be amended, similar to the website [login to view URL] which scales well when adjusting screen sizes. We also require 2 minor changes to the mobile version of our website, [login to view URL] as well as one change of URL name for both mobile and desktop versions. On the mobile version, we need a button to be added to the top of the page to direct the user to an existing page. We also require arrows to be added to the page to make it clear to users that they can scroll between passes ([login to view URL] - on this page as an example). The functionality for this is already built in, it would just be to make it clearer to the user that they can scroll. The 3rd change, is that we currently allow users to switch between listing view and map view (as you can see on this page - [login to view URL]), but both of these pages have the same URL. We would like a new URL to be created for the map view so that we can then direct users directly to the map view if required. The site is built on PHP and hosted with GoDaddy.
