Migration VB.net

Hello , I am trying to migrate a VB.net application to web based framework. The current system calls Perl script/exe on the client machine which open a Command Shell and outputs the program output to the screen as it executes. This provides real time visual feedback to the user about the progress of the application. We want to migrate this application to a web based solution using PHP. The requirement is as below: i.) The VB.net forms should act as UI for the web based application. ii) The VB.net forms will react to command buttons by executing PHP scripts on the server. iii.) The PHP scripts will execute PERL scripts on the server with some parameters passed from UI (VB.net forms text boxes). iv) Output of the Perl script must be displayed on the UI forms as a command window showing the execution of the Perl script in real time. Will pay for a working demo(proof of concept). Deliverables include source code and compiled application. Thanks Notes : 1) But we want to use VS 2015 Community Edition (64 - Bit). XAMPP framework with apache web server, PHP and Perl 5.26 2) I want to think of it as phase wise development. Let us say for phase1 $50.
