Make a wordpress website (almost ready to deploy) work better

We have a wordpress website almost ready to deployment with 2 bugs: 1) bbpress is not appearing on the left menu in wordpress admin, thus it is impossible to configure forums properly. 2) the "X Theme" comes with Cornerstone visual editor, that is also not working (It keeps loading forever). Also, we have a improvement request: 3) The left side menu has numerous items, such as "comments", "midia", "portfolio", "wp forms". We would like to make this menu clean, hiding unnecessary options to the usability and management of the website. The website was created with "X Theme", has privileged/access rules for each page using the plug-in "Membership Pro". There is one home/login page, and 3 inside pages for members only: a forum using "BBPress" (not working for admin purposes, but working for user to post), and has two grid pages (news and videos) using the plugin "The Grid". The hired professional will receive a copy of the website created by the wordpress plugin "all-in-one wp migration tool", and should send it back in the same archive format. We will import to a test server and domain before deploying to the live server and domain. For now, the import/export process with this plug in worked well between different host providers and domain names. 4) All the work done should be documented in a step by step text archive so it can be understood and/or undone by a wordpress admin (not a code writer). Additional info: - wordpress and plugins are updated as 13-oct-2017. - we have other functionalities to add after deployment and would like to establish long term relation with wordpress developer. - as the website is not live, there are still no forum posts on the forum page, which can be completely reset. - there are only 3 exemple news on the news page, we don´t see no reason to change anything on the "News/Noticias" page. - there is a video feed being read from youtube, we don't see no reason to change anything on the "Videos". - there are only exemple users and the admin on the "membership pro" users database, it can also be reset if needed. - the page is in brazilian portuguese, which it doesn't seem relevant.
