Hi have a CSD 200 finger print scanner from 3M.

It works fine when I use it with PHP in Internet Explorer using JAR files of its driver.

I want this kit to work in Google Chrome such that when I compile the website using PHPDesktop as a desktop application, the finger print scanner works fine.
