Magento 2 developer, fixing broken website or establishing full new website THE BUDGET IS 400 USD -- 3

Hello, the magento 2 website is already existing, and something is not really working, maybe an update is helping. The Template is porto theme and magento is in 2.2.3 please also update the mageworx product extension (which I have already bought) and, also already installed. It is one webshop with 3 domains and with content in german, english and spanish . You can ask me for the domains but Please read the discription here. 1. Update Magento 2 of newest version recently it is 2.2.6 2. Download all pictures on website for me and send me them or tell me how to get them, that i can compress them (making them smaller) 3. fix all issues for [login to view URL](here must my domain put in) i want to fix all issues on google pagespeed, that the webside runs smarter 4- If everything is finishes, we will look at the mobile design. I thınk some arrangements may be required also, maybe not, you have to tell me this in advance. 6. actuall no design have to be fixed, the design is perfect like it is recently, the shop must run properly. 7. SSL protection have to be installed 8. Update of mageworx product extension if there is any issue about this! actually the website runs for what i need almost good. ( I have the extension yes) 9. Please show me, which issues are recently there, maybe you have a check programm? 10. Porto theme issue somebody installed the webshop in the cache obviously, i have no idea what the last guy means with this but obviously it is installed in the cache and the porto theme have a bigger issued, and envato did not answer me on any question. I search somebody who, on the attached picture you see one of the issues. (theme support answer was ("Hi, Your theme version is too old now. Kindly upgrade the theme to latest version 3.1.7. It may fix the issue.") and ("Hi, ​If you want to upgrade the theme, kindly refer this post [login to view URL] ​If you dont have any customization work on theme, dont worry, upgrade doesnot affect to the current theme content.") I SEARCH SOMEBODY WHO FIX THIS PROJECT FAST AND RELIABLE; IT IS NOT POSSILE TO GET SUPPORT FROM PORTO THEME, THEY CAN't HELP ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe the whole system must be installed again same as it is, because the bugs can't repair, if you can't repair it, install same system in same design again, on the attached pictures is the issue shown, which nobody can fix recently. best regards
