Loyalty app

Instead of providing our customers a stamp card where they get after every service a stamp we would like to automate this process with an app. i.e. after each service the client scans a QR with his phone in the shop and once the client has certain number of services done the client gets a discount Features: - Must run on latest iOS phones and Android phones - User can sign-in by providing email and phone number - Prove of email function (user gets automatic email and proves email) and forgot of password function - After login- user has Menu with home (default), online booking, services, loyalty, logout Home menu: Is general information as opening times, contact etc Online booking: Link to our existing online booking function Services: List all our service with prices as on our homepage Loyalty: Lists how many stamps the client has, and date/time collected them, and where (shop location, done by locate function) Logout - Develop QR codes (add one stamp, delete all stamps), QR code will be provided to the client either by shop phone or on paper - Validation only one stamp can be collected in one hour - Modern design - Easy extendable with other functions (e.g. menus or app can be used by other company) Backend: - Multi users (owner profile and employee profile). Owner can do all functions, employee can only add and delete stamps) - Number of stamps can be determined until client gets free service and discount after all stamps are collected can be determined - Validation of stamps collection in one hour can be switched on or off - Need to be able to add stamps per chosen customer and to delete all stamps a client has once collected all and received the discounted service (by scanning a different QR code with the customer phone, or add/reset manually in the backend) - Need to list all clients with email / phone / last visit date and time (based on stamp) and shop place, list must be down able in Excel format - Need to have a push function where a text can be captured and then send to all clients either by email or phone number - Menu can be changed and content of Menu is editable Please only bit if you have enough experiences or have done a similar project by providing references.
