I am considering building a local business directory and review site using Drupal, I have a great idea and a great plan for a site which involves a site similar to [login to view URL] site but mainly for travel related with a few of my added features. I will need a site similar to [login to view URL] with their features (except for events) and my features as well. I have the design already created just need the programming which will be PHP/MySQL, Ajax and so on. I have been scammed so much here on freelancer and have lost over $1000 on this lus all the time invested. So, here are the payment arrangements of this project: Full payment once project is fully completed and tested completely. Payment will be made once site is 100% complete and tested and through freelancer, once it is fully completed and tested I will create a milestone for the full amount and release it to you and you add the site to my site and make live. A bonus will be given for fast work and quality. (I always give bonuses look at my reviews an ratings) I have 34 perfect reviews, I always pay on time and give bonuses. I selected the price range as I do not want under bidders or way out there bidders, so bid the exact cost to create this project. Please note, I will not accept outrageous bids. Now, if you do great work and on time you will have the opportunity to stay on as head of programming and development and a monthly salary and possibly a percent of business income will be negotiated between us.
