Laravel Paypal Integration

I have written most of the codes but encountered the following problem(s):
1) 'Argument 1 passed to PayPal\Rest\ApiContext::setConfig() must be of the type array, null given,
2) [login to view URL]: exception 'Symfony\Component\Debug\Exception\FatalErrorException' with message 'Cannot call constructor'
This are occurring in my constructor with the following line of code:

parent::__construct(); //raising error
$paypal_conf = \Config::get('paypal');
$this->_api_context = new ApiContext(new OAuthTokenCredential($paypal_conf['client_id'],
$paypal_conf['secret']));
$this->_api_context->setConfig($paypal_conf['settings']); //raising error
}
This is a simple task and my budget is fixed, not negotiable. You must be able to go an extra mile to earn with no shortcuts. Only good and workable solutions are accepted.
Please take note that this task should be completed using teamviewer. I will not provide my source code to you.
