Joomla Flash Video (.flv) CMS Project

THIS IS A JOOMLA TEMPLATE CONVERSION PROJECT WITH A LITTLE CUSTOM WORK. Pretty simple work. Need a template converted from .png (Fireworks MX 2004 file.) Need a custom CMS with .flv admin upload capabilities. User needs to see .flv file embedded in website. CMS admin will have ability to load in new .flv's and title them. The .flv's will be listed in a subnavigation on each page by their title and need to pull up in a main area when clicked. Will have 2 banner systems (both Content Managed): Banner System #1: Will link to an HTML popup that will have the respected video there (.flv format) Banner System #2: Will link to external website. Banners need to rotate at an even rate. All links on the top will link to the same format page, but obviously with different videos on each page. THE TRICKY PART (Maybe): They will have multiple domains for each city that the show is broadcast in. In each respective city they will have to put in a new banner with a new image for the city's station that the program is being broadcast in. i.e. if they are in Chicago on NBC it would have that logo up there and the chicago site would be at the subdomain [login to view URL], but they will need a Miami CBS logo to go on their miami subdomain. We need this Content Managed as much as possible. Our solution is to have the entire website on their normal domain, and give the client 3 files: index file (with frames), banner html file, banner jpg file. They would just change the banner IMAGE, save it as the same name, then upload all files onto the respective subdomain. So all different subdomains will have the exact same 3 files there, but a different image with the same name. WE ARE OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS. Our solutions shouldn't influence the price much, but if someone knows how to create a module for this to be more automated so the client can do everything in Joomla, we're all ears! Also: Include in the quote a seperate cost to integrate a new template later. Client may want to change the design before we finalize the project.
