iPhone professional req with 7+ yrs experience, *READ the PROJECT!

Looking for an experienced iOS developer to rectify the following issues in an existing dating app. PLACEHOLDER BIDS WILL BE REJECTED!! 1) Remove existing match profile screen then redirect (already coded functionality) chat and offer functions from that screen to another two buttons in the main UI. Redirect current function of chat and offer button to same buttons but in the profile screen. 2) Implement pop up when other match has liked you... so that you can say chat or offer. 3) Push notifications are not being received by the other party since the appstore certificates were revoked. App was live in the app store but notifications are not functional in updated version. 4) App has two screens at the start (splash screen and fb/instagram login page) - need to remove the splash screen and then replace the current login screen with a new one. 5) Cannot login to app with instagram, it is asking for sandbox etc. This was working but not now. 6) Report messages - chat interface was changed from xmpp to firebase. I can't select the chat lines to report messages in the backend. This was all coded before the change of interface to firebase. Report function has been coded and working just need the ability to select the offending chat line. 7) Middle button - It is refreshing incorrectly. This needs to be refreshing correct content. Simple code switch of button to another screen. 8) Remove 'No, I don't want it' button from the feedback screen. 9) Match settings - add two categories, male seeking female and female seeking male 10) Facebook Graph API - app has been coded to call locations/venues from FB Graph and some data from app db itself. The issue is that it takes around 10-15 secs to pull the FB data and display to the app. Outcome: NEEDS TO be be fetched on app start/login and saved locally or you will use NSOPeration with GSD to fetch data from facebook graphs APIS 11) I want to release the app in USA but only in New York to start and progress accordingly. Outcome: When users from other states download the app, they should be restricted with a pop-up that says 'This app is not available in your state at this time, subscribe to be notified when released' then an option to enter email address and subscribe or link to the webpage to sign up to the mailing list. I then want the ability to conduct a controlled release throughout the rest of the states. Needs to be checked by current location or info from Facebook or you need to get the user's location based on GPS and then can restrict user state other than NY 12) I want to start charging for the app after the first 2 months free. Outcome: Implementation of a subscription model - $2.99 per month or $29 per year. I also want the ability to offer the product free with a code or if a user invites 100 friends to the app upon installation. Implement in-app purchases , which will popup user to pay after 2 months of installed date. Final point, I am a developer also and understand exactly what is required to achieve the desired outcome.
