iOS and android application

1. The application is a wholesale delivery app called Factor. Short Description: There is two user types. First type is a merchant. Merchant pays a monthly subscription fee (cash is picked up from them) that allows them to create a virtual "store" and add items. The second user is a Buyer that purchases items from Merchant. It's a pretty simple version of ebay, except tailored for the wholesale market and the final transactions are done in person / cash. 2. A live mockup of the app can be located here: [login to view URL] Some notes about the mockup: a. There is certain instances like in Screen 3, where a popover might be more appropriate. The mockup is not set in stone in terms of design, but 99% of the functionality is displayed accurately. Minus the admin panel. (Described below) b. Swipe to delete under my orders for both should be enabled. c. Popout menu is too long. d. In order for a user to begin messaging, they must confirm their phone number via SMS verification. Twilio seems to be the easiest implementation for this. e. There will be a "carousel" feature added to explain the merchant "how does this work", screen 11. f. The apps default language will be in Russian. (Translation provided in doc below) 3. The app needs to be developed for iOS and Android. iOS must be written in Swift. 4. For backend, the choice is entirely yours. If you would like to use Firebase to save yourself time from writing server side code, you're more than welcome too. Otherwise if you choose MySql, please make the server side code In PHP. The data management is pretty simple. 5. There needs to be an admin panel that does a few things. It can be either via app or web based (whatever is easiest): a. Allows for deletion of stores / items in stores (other people). b. Be allowed to message all users. c. Keep track of people who request payment pickup (screen 16.) d. Edit people's subscription days, enable longer free trials. The candidate would ideally be a native Russian speaker. Do not reply if you are from India, Pakistan or China. You will be asked if you can speak Russian
