invitation/graphics photo template editor software program - NEED DONE ASAP!

I am looking to create an invitation/graphics photo template editor with similar functions to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] but less functions : Basic features are to include - 1)Front End (including) *Customers able to add / remove text and change color *Customers able to move the positions of the text *Customers able to change background color *Customers able to change the color of the individual graphic on that template *Customers able to change color for each layer of the graphic *Customers able to save their edits and come back to finish it later *Customers able to submit and send the photo back to me once finished editing and have a conformation number *Customers should not able to move or remove the graphic *Customers should not able to copy and save the photo/graphic/design onto their computer. 2)Back End (including) *Employee able to upload high resolution photos/graphic in different sizes - save them as templates to be able to repeatedly send it to customers. *Employee able to upload and store new fonts and remove old fonts at anytime *Employee able to upload and store new color pallets and remove old color pallets at anytime *Employee able to send the template, using a unique URL, for each customer to edit *Employee able to save the edited file from customers as a JPEG and PDF *Want to hide the view source page We need this program to be able to work on any web browsers as well as mobile app. We are looking to have this done ASAP!
