Integrate our Front-end WebDialer with Twilio WebRTC API with VoIP calls with our own SIP Gateway

I need integrate my HTML5/Ajax WebDialer [SIP Dialer WebRTC based] with a Twillio WebRTC Backend API. We will use Twillio WebRTC API working with Voiicr SIP Gateway for SIP Outbound Calls. It’s will work like a Skype for Business, but via Web Browser like Chrome or Firefox. Calls must be made via Voiicr users through our SIP Server. We just want to develop a Web Client so our customers can make calls through the browser. We just need calls to be made through the browser using the WebRTC Twillio API using our call gateway working on domain sip.voiicr.com.
