I want to hire a web developer who can integrate an API which fetches live Forex quotes to my Forex website. The website and everything is already done you will just need to integrate the API and show the live quotes from the API. I already have bought the API, just the integration is left.

Hi. Would you please tell me where you got this API from? Surely I need to see their documentation first to build proper integration. I also may be able to help only if your website is either built with core PHP or plain HTML and not a framework based type e.g. Wordpress / Joomla or the like. But we'll see.... may I see this too?
