Dear sir, I recently left my position at ikoula hostng company as a system administrator. We were using IDRAC (well, selling) with hour dedicated servers. I work well, document my work and provide after support. As you can see, I have done many works here successfuly before starting my job. I left because they're unsecure (store your password unhashed for exemple) and were not up to secure their network. It was also underpaid. I am graduate student and will soon get CISSP certified, I am sure they'll soon get breached and don't want to be working there while it happens as theu would surely put the fault on me even if I raised the red flag.
