We need an intelligent chatbot that can learn from our database of chats with our customers and respond to queries based on the learning. We have a database of over 1500 customer conversations with months worth of chats for the bot to learn from. But we want it to be able to have intelligent conversations with the customers based on the queries and should also pull relevant data regarding orders and order status pertaining to the customer and respond accordingly.
