Help me relaunch my consumer robotics information portal + twitter bot

I have an existing site at [login to view URL] but the RSS script is broken. I need you to fix the RSS feed (and how it is parsed on my website) and tidy up some other issues to help me relaunch the website. I also need you to help me set up a Twitter bot to scan for relevant tweets to be retweeted (because my tweets appear on the homepage and I need them to be refreshed automatically). Note that the last freelancer set up an admin section for me to choose articles to feature on the "Featured Articles" page -- you will need to revive that function and check to make sure it is still working properly and troubleshoot any problems.
