I work helping out educators. I need help setting up a modular data summarizer to add to a project that uses MySQL, PHP and D3 (or a like) to display summary details and histograms for each column in a CSV data file. The sumarizer should: 1. Read a provided CSV data set file into MySQL. The CSV file will always contains column names in the first row. PHP should be used to read the file into a MySQL table. 2. Summarize information about each of the columns in the table using functions in MySQL (AVG, Count, etc.) OR using functions in PHP or the D3 commands/libraries. See the details of summary requirements. The results can be saved in another table if convenient, but must be output to the web as described. 3. Display the summarizer output for each column in a responsive (phone screen, tablet and desktop) web page viewable in common browsers (Firefox, Edge, Safari) including the calculated information AND a histogram graph.
