google calendar app api development

i need someone to add custom fields in the google calendar events creation page that will enable the user to have multiple drop down boxes with data pulled from other lists of data (input into a form for that specific calendar)

Once these drop down values are chosen it triggers either email or sms or whatsapp messages as notifications to be sent

These drop down values are different event/appointment confirmation layers to qualify the event/appointment towards confirmation

for example the event is to book a room for a counseling session , first the event is setup for a specific room and a counselor is appointed to that event from the list of counselors inputted specifically for that room with their contacts (sms/whatsapp/email) , and if client contact data available it is also assigned to that room

Secondly the appointment is confirmed 24 hours before by requesting the counselor and client to confirm - either by sms/whatsapp/email or by a direct call by secretary #1 and manually updating the appointment

if not confirmed or rescheduled then it does not proceed further

Thirdly before the appointment by 1 hour the counselor & client are notified to confirm either by sms/whatsapp/email or by a direct call by secretary #2 and manually updating the appointment

if not confirmed or rescheduled then it does not proceed further

If final confirmation is received by both counselor & client via sms/whatsapp/email or manually updated by secretary a sms/whatsapp/email is sent to client with a custom message informing them that they have up to X minutes to arrive or appointment will be cancelled & rescheduled

once client or counselor or secretary confirms appointment starting it will:

1. trigger certain google forms to be populated with the appointment data and have it sent to a certain email address

2. update the calendar event as commenced & change color to a specific color indicating so

3. send notifications/reminder before end of event to finalize appointment

g suite business is available for my organization and i need to implement the above asap
