Freelance Developer for regular collaboration

Hintown is a property manager company that manage apartments in Milan, Rome, Genova and Tuscany. We need a developer to support us in the maintenance and in the growth of our digital environment, focusing on two projects. PROJECT 1 The first project to work on is a system integrated application used to manage all Hintown data imported from Property Manager System (Rentals United) and Channel Manager (Guesty), through csv files to be saved on MySql database. This system is hierarchical, and composed by two main modules: the Hintown backend and the middleware. Hintown Backend is the back-office entry point where the authorized users can upload, edit and view data through a a web-based management dashboard. Hintown Middleware is the service module used to connect the Backend module with database during the data exchange and for background operations. As Storage Servers we use - MySQL: stores all Hintown data imported from the PMS and the CM through csv and updated by users in the backend; - Amazon S3: stores all files and documents uploaded by users through Backend dashboard The servers are web-based, java application running on top of Apache Tomcat (v 8.5.6). We use the Spring Framework (v. 4.1.4) as base framework to create the applications. As data storage, we use MySql (v. 5.6.35) as DB server, while we use the AWS S3 service to store the digital assets and the pictures uploaded by clients. All this project is hosted on Amazon server. PROJECT 2 This is a website with open source Drupal CMS, for which we need to develop pages, forms and web app.
