1. I want to automatically forward Telegram messages from one channel (private) in real time.

I’m not an admin of the channel and bot is not an option.

(important: channel (telegram) to discord).

2. I want to automatically forward Discord messages from one server (private) in real time.

I’m not an admin of the server private and bot is not an option.

(important: server private (I’m not admin) to another server private (I’m admin, I think is possible use bot here).

Please provide proper solution and you will be rewarded.
