Food Delivery Dispatch and Routing

Hi, We are looking for someone to build an app that allow our food delivery company to dispatch drivers to pick up orders from restaurants (our clients) and deliver to the ordering customer. The requirements are below: Driver Log in (App): The app should have the ability to track drivers, receive assignments and routing information. - Drivers should be able to be GPS tracked in real time - Dispatcher should have the capability to communicate with the driver through the app - Drivers should have the capability to accept or reject an assignment - Drivers should be able to see their assignments along and ETA to assignment -Two ETA times should be present from the drivers current location to the restaurant, and from the restaurant to the delivery address - The app should notify the dispatcher of those drivers that are logged in Client Request (App): Restaurants should be able to use an extension of the app to notify the dispatcher of a delivery - The form should contain fields ( Delivery Address, Prep Time, Order Amount) - The form should be submitted to the dispatcher to assign the order to the closest, and available, drivers - The app should provide the restaurant with an ETA for the drivers arrival once the task has been assigned - Client should be able to rate and/or leave comments for a driver or order Dispatching Web-based: The app will need to be tied to an operations and dispatching interface - Interface should manage drivers and client information for tracking an reporting purposes - The dispatcher should be able to track drivers in Map - The dispatcher should be able to see the active drivers - The dispatcher should be able to receive assignments from clients - The interface should contain functionality to automatically assign orders to drivers based on distance and availability - The dispatcher should be able to manually assign orders to drivers - Assignment should include the information included in the client form (except for the rating and feedback) - The dispatcher should be able to route drivers and see ETAs - The interface should provide confirmation if an order was accepted or rejected by the driver - The interface should contain order tracking information (i.e. In progress, Delivered, Unassigned..etc.) - The App should have the capability to manage 100-200 active drivers We are flexible in design and additional functionality not mentioned here.
