I need a professional programmer to redesign an existing one-page template considering the following: 1. A responsiveness design including all sort of devices and screens 2. Fixing the existing issues/errors found in the existing design To hire the program, he/she needs to have an excellent experience in the website design knowing that the website built for Arabic users (Arabic language) and being designed from Left to right basis. To hire the suitable programmer an NDA must be signed and a meeting might be held prior the programming takes place.
