hi, i have deployed openedx several times, I would like to know what version of openedx are you using?, what method are you using for deploy the instance(native ubuntu 16, or other)?. what payment gateway are you trying to set up, PayPal, CyberSource, stripe?. are you deployed an all in one instance?. All these details are useful to understand your platform.
