Fix needed for Opencart 3.0.1.1 site runnig on IIS (Windows Server 2016) after recent upgrade from version 2.0.3.2. I need the following fixed. Mail is not being sent out for new orders even though they did before with an older Opencart version on the same server. SMTP works for individual emails, but with the older version it just used the phpmail function and seemed to work fine.
