Fix/Build the billing process on education website for children/students

Hiring programmer/developer highly skilled in LAMP (Linux Appache MySql and PHP) and Java to complete/fix billing process for a subscription website that uses an education app for children/students. Candidate must set their own deadlines, meet those deadlines, and email brief update on progress/comments/questions every 2 weeks. More work likely to follow. Website & associated app already approx 95% complete. The current set up includes free trial user accounts and paying member accounts, but what is needed is the ability for any paying member accounts to purchase their own fully functioning "sub-accounts." (like a parent account and its children). "Sub-accounts" are defined as the same as any normal paying membership accounts, fully functioning, EXCEPT they need to have the purchasing options, cancelling subscription options, and credit card information disabled/invisible. Additionally, a sub-account must be linked to a paying member account (i.e., "parent account"), that can cancel the account at any time. Like any paying member account, sub-accounts are fully independent on the website and associated app, and have their own user name and password resets, etc. The only exception is that the subaccounts are funded solely by the parent account's credit card they are linked to. That is, the parent account's credit card is regularly billed for all the sub accounts (one combined charge with its normal billing). Thus, a parent account could purchase any number of sub-accounts (for a greatly lowered price), and then gift those sub-accounts to any users they like, e.g., students, children, friends, etc. Also, though the purchasing function should be disabled for all sub-accounts, there does have to be one exception: that is, if the sub-account user enters a special coupon code that makes a premium educational product the site offers exactly $0.00, then the sub-account should be able to "purchase" it for zero dollars. However, if the price is anything greater than 0, then purchasing the education product is disabled for sub-accounts. (so if a parent buys a bunch of sub accounts, and also buys a premium educational product, then our staff will manually email the parent a special code to make it $ 0.00 for the subaccount users). Note, coupon code user interface is already built into the website. Lastly, please write "I AM REAL" as the first line of your bids, all bids that do not start with that phrase may be deleted.
