filter for webhosting

i need a php solution to block web crawlers like. google, microsoft, yahoo bing, amazon, ovh etc, accesing my website to detect the ip country, provider, user agent ( i have payed api) to detect if is mobile or not to be able to block specific user agent (to put manual on [login to view URL] the ones i want to block) to block if the specific the ip enter more than 3 times the script must be good not to load the server if there are to many requests. need to allow only real people, that are using mobile to access the website all the traffic, and people the not using mobile to redirect to a specific link provided by me all the real people to redirect to a specific link provider by me to save log with the real people acesing the [login to view URL] to save log with all the bots accesing the [login to view URL]
