English Speaking java developer

We are currently updating a financial modelling system to update and expand some of its built variables. It's a relatively simple system doing two main functions driven by a dashboard with inputs: Querying actuarial tables(provided) to provide net present value of an asset at a given range of discount values. The new functionality should also provide a cashflow and income stream calculation over the lifetime of the above calculation factoring inflation within a given range. and finally generate a cashflow from the above over the lifetime of the deal. once deal is built and finalised it should be able to be incorporated into a portfolio view. The system is in need of update but the reports are largely built, but once the system is finalised there will be a report building piece and if possible and excel export from each screen.
