End to end design and full build of website

End to End Design and Build of Website Need a developer to design and make website come to life from scratch. This is a blank canvass and will need end to end design and input/suggestion from the you the developer. There will be lots of back and forth to get the functionality absolutely right so please factor all this into your pricing, I do not want to go over budget. This is a long term project final fee will not be paid until website is working 100% and fully tested with live customers. Developer will need to be patient with me to make sure that we are getting it right as I have never built a website before and will not understand the language, please only quote on the price you will be able to produce everything for including allowances for changes as they come into play as this will happen. Back end system must be fully functioning, easy to use and make changes to pages and content etc, training will need to be provided to myself. Things to note - The website is for people to find other people to do jobs for them - similar to Air Tasker / Freelancer / Uber etc - Project requirements are subject to change depending on design and functionality requirements - Must be easy for people to log in securely, create their user profiles in simple forms for them to use, ability to upload documents and referees (name, phone, email, Facebook profile) which will only be visible should they bid for a job someone else has posted - Must be easy for job posters to create their profile and easily post jobs. Include area job will be done (GPS etc), tick boxes for duties required - Job seekers will need to set a distance for jobs in their area ie 10kms, 15kms etc they will then only see these jobs in their feed, location will be in Australia - Rating system for people to rate them after jobs have been complete. This rating system and comments will only be visible to job posters once job seekers have applied for their job, same with references. - Ratings for job posters are only visible to job seekers once they post a job - Ability for job posters to be added as a referee on job posters profile once they have completed a job - they must agree to do this it will not be mandatory - Payment screen / details / secured on site to collect payments for job posters and then release once the job seeker has finished the job etc - Ability to amend payment fee / hours etc before payment of job is given to job seeker - must be agreed to by job seeker before payment is released - Ability for system create distribution lists and send out emails and or push notifications based on Job seekers preferences and skills - When job seeker accepts job must have full detail on how much they will get and the fee they pay to site should they take the job, they then need to confirm to accept job - This fee is for full website / backend / app design and build - to receive final fee everything must be tested and live and easy enough to use ongoing - Possibility for ongoing work post project but not guaranteed
