Edit Landing Page to send email and save data in excel file

I am desperately in need of a good developer for my online ventures. Right now, I have a HTML landing page which is siting on: [login to view URL] What I need you to do is following:
1) I want that whenever a user enter their data on the landing page, I need an email sent to them automatically from my website (Not from Mailchimp etc). I will give you the SMTP settings to send the email. The email will also have a PDF file attached that I will provide you
2) Landing page already has 3 fields of Name, telephone and email address which it takes from user. I need all 3 fields be saved in an excel file on the server instead of database. It can be in 3 independent columns in excel file
Since these both tasks are not very difficult for experts like you guys, I want them to be completed today within next 8 or 9 hours. Please only bid if you can commit to work for me today and finish these both jobs. I will check the progress live on freelancer app. I need this done today so I can finish the design part of landing page (like changing title of the page, etc since you see its only a HTML template for now) and launch it. I am only asking for the backend code part from you.
