You know what?- I am going to approach you a web version as well a offline version I mean desktop version as well for this system. But it is really nice to see that both of us are on the same page :) The system be developed in such a way so that it can be utilise on offline and web version as well- This is really a great approach. It be easily managed by intranet concept and as soon as a network connection is adding with it, it will sync the all data to the database & server. - I guess Admin will be able to create account and can share the access with various users they wish via email or Sms. Or you have any other thinking in your mind? Please share in detail. - In which format the documents be saved? In PDF format or document format or in any other format? By the way, will the documents be saved in format as they are before uploading to the system? - Will this system can generate documents as well or it will be used for management purpose only? - By the way, will this system will have the provision to share the Uploaded documents through email or any other kind of sharing or not? - Will this system will allocate a limited space for each user or the space be unlimited? User can upload as much file as they required? - How you are planning about back up the system and database as well? Please share your thinking.
