Develop a email BOT for a specific website (answer on adds on the website)

We need a on premise email bot for Windows. The bot should send emails to all the persons that placed adds on the website. We need to be able to upload a excel file with ID numbers of the adds into the bot (We exported the ID numbers from the website), The bot should take the first number from the excel-sheet, go to the webpage and insert the number to the search area. A result page (the specific add) will come up. Than it should import 3 text areas (title, name and last name) from this page to the excel-sheet. Than it should click another place on the page. Than a contact form will open. If picked up before the title „Herr“ (that means a man), it should say „Sehr geehrter Herr LAST NAME,“ If picked up before the title „Frau“ (that means a woman), it should say „Sehr geehrte Frau LAST NAME,“ Than it should take a standard text after that, that need to be prefilled (by the user into the bot) and fill out a few other fields (our contact information). On the next page it should click a "terms an conditions" text box and click on the send button. After that it should wait a randomly choosen time between 180 seconds and 600 seconds and continue with the next line (next ID) in the excel sheet and send the same message to the next person. We need to fill out the text in the bot ourself, hence, it need the same fields like on the website (that can be filled by us with a standard info). You need to deliver a compliled version of the bot and the source code!
