Design cryptocoin tracking Mobile App and Backend

I need a mobile app coded that will do the following:
*Have a web panel login for contributing staff to submit news articles that are pushed to the application.
*The panel have a built in system that requires one other staff member to approve a new article before it is pushed to the users.
*Work on android and IOS
The app features:
*Track prices of cryptocoins via API calls to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
*Allow people to enter their holdings of a certain coin and calculate what the holdings value currently is natively.
*Allow users to set alerts for certain price points
*Allow users to set alerts for certain arbitrage percentages (the % difference between prices at exchanges)
*Allow users to read all of the pushed news alerts
*Allow users to add a widget for our app onto their phone that shows our latest pushed news and a list of prices they are following
*Allow users to submit news source suggestions or news.
GUI must be sleek and eye catching, along with simple.
