customizing an evaluation system
The workflow:
after the call finished with the agent, he will transfer the call to an evaluation system "specific number"
the customer will hear an IVR with the ability to choose "ex. How satisfied are you with the customer service staff, choose 5 if you are bery satisfied and 1 if sure not satisfied"
another IVRs with questions and answers, and in the end there is an option to record a voice note "ex. to record a voice note press 1 or end the call now".
The report:
Under Reports tab in Issabel, add a new tab: Evaluation, for the evaluation reports.
number of IVR questions is generic and it is will not exceed 10 IVRs, so the table header should be as follows:
date, time, callerid, 1st choice, 2nd ....., 10th, message ("listen and download links"), message duration
exporting the data into sheets
filtering by: date (from to), time, callerid, has message
