Custom Jobs Portal to be built using Wrordpress

Need to create a Wordpress website with web app and some custom designed wordpress pages. Full scope of work is given in the attached file. All details of each and every page (layout design, functionalities everything is ready and will be provided instantly on discussion with the shortlisted candidates) Someone started it but could not complete so we are looking for someone to take this project. (Styling of Header , footer, navigation and 1 program page is done) everything else you see in the document needs to be done. Need a Wordpress agency or team who can do this quickly. Well experienced with custom work. Who can start immediately and send daily report of work. If you are serious and can handle custom Wordpress project please read attached document and come up with your offers. Don't waste time if you are not serious and don't have a expertise in html, css, php, js, jquery and core wordpress. Any bidders who don't read the attached file and bid would be rejected. When you're drafting the quotation, pease try to consider the following questions as well: 1. What will be the costs for an extra side that we may have forgotten now? 2. How do you handle toubleshooting? Do we have as many revisions as needed to make the website work properly? 3. How will translation affect the pricing? We need the whole website in 3 different languages. 4. Will the website be fully-responsive (including the web app)? 5. Is it possible to send notifications to the users per e-mail? For example we made a decision regarding the application or when we have added a new job that fits the candidates profile.
