The design should be developed on a custom design (no template)
The project is very urgent, compliance with deadlines up to 5 days (For French version) For time delay the project may be canceled.
The demand :
- The full integration of a Responsponsive website on Wordpress ,including the home page with CSS effects (Hover) and animated elements with Jquery

The integration of the website must follow some security guidelines :
