Custom coded, responsive, multi-step progress bar for course progression

We are using a theme made for courses and membership sites and need a progress bar that visually represents a member's progress through each of our course modules. See the attached file for a visual example of what we are after.
Modules that haven't been started will show an icon we will provide. Modules in progress will show a progress percentage based on how many lessons of that module have been completed. Completed modules will show a check mark. Each circle will link to a module page on our site.
I need the code to add to my WordPress site. Please give an estimate for both time and cost to complete this project.
