1. Customer management module - store all customers (existing and new) details including sales order, PO, jobs into a database) - allows admin to input details of new customers leads, status and provide generation of quotation for potential customers - New system will allow admin to add new customer detail and type fields, to allow customer information to be sorted by tag or type, and new relationship details and information to be captured for each customer - provide a solution to automate exchange of data across online order system and external corporate order system - provide functionality to input salesman and reseller commission rates, and sales volume and system will automatically generate monthly reseller commission reports - provide fields and functionality to allow payment status and amount of different types of invoices to be captured for different payment modes - System will facilitate automated updating of payment status of online payment 2. Vehicle and driver resource management module - Desktop: Provide functionality for admin to track, view, print and real-time update of vehicle usage, driver scheduling and delivery order status of each driver/vehicle and vehicle traffic summons - Simple mobile app: Allow drivers to quickly capture key customers information, so that small-volume customers can also be captured in the system. App allow field salesmen/drivers to and receive order and issue invoices, and keep track of vehicle
