I need a payment gateway portal web and app. Your team need to build a B2C payment gateway interface (frontend and backend) using an enterprise-level (b2b) payment processing API. The candidate is not building from zero. This API must be able to charge any amount for any product (casino bets, gambling, canibis/weed products) with credit cards such as UnionPay, Visa, Mastercard. This API must not charge more than 2% for each transaction -- you have to research for the best API.
**Example of API is [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (but their rates are high and do not accept cannibis products).
