Create Free Trial Sign-up & Misc. Web/Integration Updates

Hello there, First off, I have been using Freelancer for several years and understand the importance of working with good-quality people and offering excellent communication to complete the task in a timely manner. My new project has the following specifications: Need to be familiar with the aMember membership software plugin, CSS, PHP, and comfortable with Wordpress and web design. I have everything already setup and installed on my website/server. What I need done on this project is as follows: 1. Setup Fully Functional Free Trial sign-up funnel and integration within aMember and my marketing platform -> Infusionsoft. Note: I already have installed and purchased the necessary plugin for aMember and Infusionsoft to talk with one another. What I need done is something similar to the screenshot herein as seen on MarketClub. I need a smooth-looking Free Trial 3-part marketing funnel created that you can really see what I mean by viewing the website in screenshot. 2. I would like to have some type of "double opt-in" for when a person clicks the "Free Trial" button on my website, they have an opt-in form appear and then get forwarded to the Free Trial sign-up page that will auto-populate the name and email and make things easy to start the free trial process. Please ref the marketclub process as shown in screenshot to see what I am referring to. 3. Create/Fix "Join Now" Page (I have 3 different levels of membership) most important things is to make sure everything is working and new members are getting the emails and access into the Wordpress-protected membership site. 4. Fix the following smaller website aesthetic items: a) Insert or re-do the sign-up levels on the homepage to have custom images inserted. These are already done. b) Insert Facebook like box in footer along with twitter feed and/or instagram feed c) Setup /Affiliate page Layout with a custom widget sidebar (nothing too crazy just a functional layout and integration for Affiliates to sign-up and be able to log into an Affiliate portal (that I will take care of). d) Add in a custom sidebar for the Blog page with 3-5 widgets. e) Fix any broken links in footer or sub menu f) *If possible* enhance and modify the login page to act like as seen on marketclub.
