Create droplets in DigitalOcean platform for a discourse forum and customise

A functioning Discourse forum which was hosted on DigitalOcean platform was abandoned for a few months resulting in the droplets being deleted by DigitalOcean on expiry.
The account has now been re-activated and I need someone experienced that can create new droplets and a few customisation to get the forum back online.
If all goes well, at later stage we hope to integrate the discourse forum with a Wordpress blog.
