create a custom streaming audio player for website online

I purchased the following image from Dreamstime and would like to turn it into a fully functioning, streaming audio player for our website here at www.OCTalkRadio.biz. Need the PLAY button to work, the VUE meters to move as the show plays and the volume control to work. Need the words "BROADCASTER" replaced by our Logo. And to the right should be a box that displays the Meta Tag data we enter into our streaming service, STREAMGUYS (using their Icecast servers streaming .mp3 audio). Can anyone create this for us? This should become an HTML5 element we can embed into our site (similar to our current live streaming audio player). This has to work! Have to be a graphic designer and some kind of programmer to take an existing streaming audio player and modify or create a new one from scratch. There are several free streaming audio players, some for Wordpress and some HTML5 embeddable players. We'd prefer an HTML5 player that we can embed into the header on our site (like the one on our site). Again, we stream our shows over the Internet thru a company called Streamguys using their IceCast Servers. We use encoding software to take the audio from our mixing board, send it to them, then enter the show name and meta data on their admin site and all of that information shows up on our streaming audio player on our site. All works fine, but but we'd like to use this image and make it work to control the volume and start the player. Would love the VUE meters to move along with the sound as well.
